On Lok PACE will be tabling in the lobby of Union City Library to share information about services and support for older adults. With the opening of our newest On Lok PACE center in Union City, we’re excited to share this local resource with the community. Older adults, family caregivers, and community members are invited to learn more about the program, available services, and how On Lok can support seniors and their families. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance.
