About
Eik the Read Dog and his handler, Emma, are coming to visit the Newton Library to let kids practice reading aloud! This event is for children ages 5 and up. It is designed especially for kids who are learning to read, reluctant readers, or those needing a little confidence boost with their reading skills. Registration is required*, and there are 4 slots (10:30-10:45am; 10:45-11am; 11-11:15am; 11:15-11:30am) so that each reader gets 15 minutes with Eik. Registration begins on October 24th . *If you sign up for a slot but need to cancel for any reason, please cancel your registration online so that another child on the wait list gets a turn. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
