About
Under the direct supervision of a licensed carpenter, bring your own items to cut using the tool library's inventory of electric and manual saws. The following saws will be provided: table saws, miter saws, circular saws, jig saws, reciprocating saws, and a variation of manual hand saws. This program is ideal for patrons needing to make only one or a few cuts to a household item such as a chair, shelf, stool, etc. It is also an opportunity to learn how to safely operate power saws for future projects.
