Community Yard Sale Days
About
Participate in our 2026 Community Yard Sale weekend! The City is waiving yard sale permit applications for the weekend of November 7 - 8, 2026. No notice to the City is required - anyone may host a yard sale without a permit during this time! PLEASE NOTE: Items must be cleared from yards and curbs by the end of the day on November 8. Unclaimed items may NOT be left for trash pick-up if they do not fit inside the City's standard issue trash toters. Items left out by the morning of November 9 may be subject to a fine.
