Shop Class: Intermediate Sewing - Zippered Pouches

In this intermediate intermediate sewing class you will learn how to sew a zippered pouch. Participants will: Learn about a zipper foot and how to change feet on a sewing machine Learn how to sew around a zipper pull Sew a zippered pouch to take home Intermediate sewing programs in The Shop are designed for patrons who are comfortable using a sewing machine and are ready to build on their existing skills. Participants should be able to independently thread a sewing machine and sew a straight stitch. All students must complete a Maker Waiver Agreement prior to participating in this class. Registration required : Ages 14+. Participants ages 14-17 must have an adult present or have a Maker User Agreement signed by a parent or guardian . If you are registered but are unable to attend, we ask that you cancel your registration using the link found in the registration email.
