Join Jennifer Lynn of Nurtured Roots for movement and mindfulness class! This playgroup is for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Each session includes playful movement, breathing practices, and calming moments to help children build focus, emotional awareness, confidence, and connection. We'll also explore a simple hands-on activity or creative project to extend the experience. Registration Required. Registration begins on Thursday, October 1 at 9 AM. This program is funded by the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) grant awarded to the Quincy Braintree Family Network by the Department of Early Education and Care.
