Learn to manage a productive winter garden! This event is part of the Westover Fall Harvest Celebration . Discover how to start seeds outdoors in winter using simple recycled containers and the natural cycles of cold, moisture, and warming temperatures. In this interactive, hands-on session, participants will learn the basics of winter sowing, which seeds are best suited to the method, and how to care for seedlings as spring approaches—then prepare and plant their own winter sowing container to take home.
