W. Kamau Bell
About
One would be hard-pressed to find another Oakland-identifying comic with as much chops and influence as Emmy Award–winning W. Kamau Bell, who is imposing in stature, but his brain and the way he has organized the world are what’s most impressive. With three daughters and a wife, Bell has grown his reputation as a family man with strong values into a nationally recognized voice of sanity. Author, celebrated speaker, comic, community organizer and purveyor of the finest strains of compassion and humor. This time around, Bell has a new show called Who’s With Me? A rally cry for coming together during turbulent times. -DNA; Metro Silicon Valley
