Genealogy Lab
About
Text from presenter: Come to the Los Altos Library to work on your current family history research project in the company of other genealogy hobbyists. Bring whatever you need for your work (e.g. computer, reference materials, notebook). While this is not an instructional session, you can get peer support for questions as well as access to the library's genealogy collection, including Ancestry and other databases. Sessions at 10 A.M.-noon on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of most months September through June. Hosted by volunteers from the Los Altos Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution. For accessibility accommodations (ex. ASL), please fill out the online form at sccld.org/accessibility 7+days prior to the event. If you need assistance with the form, speak with a staff member at your local library, call (408) 540-3945, or email us at ask@lib.sccgov.org .
