Sweet Escape
About
Celebrate National Chocolate Day with a little creativity! Take a break between classes and join the Department of Student Engagement and the Rose Art Museum in the Shapiro Campus Center Atrium for a sweet afternoon of treats, crafts, and creativity. Make your own DIY chocolate treats, create friendship bracelets, and try a drop-in art-making activity inspired by "Yinka Shonibare: Sanctuary." Build your own miniature sanctuary while thinking about what makes a space feel safe, welcoming, or like home. While you’re creating, get the scoop on "Yinka Shonibare: Sanctuary," upcoming Rose Art Museum events, student opportunities, and easy ways to get involved. Come hang out, make something fun, and satisfy your sweet tooth while you’re at it!
