Kids and Teens STEM
About
Kids will dive into the exciting world of engineering and science with fun, hands-on projects! They’ll explore topics like 3D printing and modeling, coding, robotics, electronics and circuits, astronomy with telescopes, building bridges, cracking the egg drop challenge, and much more! Ages 11-15. Topic for May 6: How do we simulate landing a Mars Rover? Build a vehicle to protect an egg dropped from a height. Add cushioning and a parachute to slow it down and prevent breaking on landing. Join us to get inspired to pursue a career in STEM and learn how to continue learning at home for free! Bring your own laptop, or use one of our Chromebooks (while supplies last).
