This 1 hour and 45 minute class begins with a 30-minute yoga warm-up to prepare the body for movement. Participants will then learn and practice traditional Chinese dance using prepared music. Through learning Chinese dance, students gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of traditional Chinese culture.
