
Jewelry & Metal Arts for Teens
About
This after school jewelry class is offered for those interested in taking their metal arts skills to the next level. Both beginning and intermediate level students are welcome. Beginning students will be introduced to the basic skills of professional jewelry making and metalsmithing, and returning students will dive deeper into techniques to create unique pieces such as pendants, earrings and rings as well as 3-D objects made of copper and brass. Intermediate students will be given the opportunity to work with sterling silver. Materials are included in the price of the class.
