Financial Literacy Discussion Group for Retirees
About
Join fellow retirees in sharing strategies to manage and invest money after retirement. This program is facilitated by volunteers from the Silicon Valley Retirees Investment Group (SVRIG). Membership is not required to participate in meetings. Topics covered include: smart investing, taxes in retirement, and health insurance in retirement. Time is budgeted for questions and discussion. Most sessions meet on the last Thursday of the month, with these exceptions: January session is on Wednesday, Jan. 28 No session in Nov. December session is on Thursday, Dec. 3 Most sessions are hybrid - participants may join a session in-person at the West Valley Branch or virtually on Zoom. Sessions on April 30, May 28 and Oct. 29 are virtual (Zoom) only . To attend a session virtually, please email Randall Studstill at randall.studstill@sjlibrary.org to request the Zoom link.
