Get help with basic computer skills including: · Saving and managing files · Navigating the internet · Setting up and using email · Using the library’s website and e-resources · Downloading/streaming e-books, audiobooks, and more Registration required. Call 240-773-9555 Tuesday mornings at 10am. Registration opens two weeks prior to the program date. NOTE: patrons can only sign up for one 30-minute session each day and must be present for the scheduled appointment time to receive help. Check in at the Information Desk for your 30 minute appointment. Bring your library card, devices, and any information that you need related to your questions, including account logins and passwords. We cannot assist with: · Fixing physical hardware components · Removing malware or scanning for malware · Downloading apps and software from unknown sources · Filling out online forms involving personal information · Proofreading documents Questions about this program?
