District 3 Community Connections Resource Fair

Roosevelt Community Center, in collaboration with Northside Community Center’s Grace Art and Wellness Program, invites local agencies and organizations to participate in District 3 Community Connections, a resource fair focused on connecting individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability with valuable community resources and support.We are seeking partners who provide services related to housing and shelter, health care and behavioral health, legal assistance, food and nutrition, benefits, employment, basic needs, outreach, case management, and other supportive services.Participating organizations will have the opportunity to share information about their services and connect directly with community members who may benefit from their programs.Each participating agency will be provided with one 6-foot table and two chairs.
