In his book A Purposeful Path, Casey Beaumier, S.J., recounts his 1994 novice pilgrimage–a transformative journey defined by letting go of control, embracing vulnerability, and relying on the kindness and generosity of others. While we are not making such a journey ourselves today, we are all pilgrims navigating our own unique professional and personal paths at Boston College. Join the Office of the Vice President for Human Resources and gather around BC’s “beautiful campfire” as Fr. Casey shares how we can utilize these insights to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and strengthen our shared commitment to community and belonging.
